*** Personal boat storage is contingent upon, availability, proper application, Board approval, rack fee payment, and proof of shell insurance.
**** New Members and Senior Members will be required to contribute $500 to the PBC Development Account, payable over 5 years at a minimum of $100 per year with first payment due with membership application.
***** Dues will be prorated according to month of application.
